Dr. Guillen is also using Google AdWords to specifically target new patients in his area.

The below image is of one of his top performing ads that is pulling in a 7.5% CTR (click through rate) instead of the typical 2% CTR most marketing campaigns try to achieve.

How did you find out about Firegang?

I was looking for a dental marketing company. I contacted a few before Firegang but they didn’t really appeal to me.

When I contacted Firegang, I got the message that Firegang could help my practice. I went ahead and signed up and I’m glad I did. Our website has been live for almost 3 months now.

What was your experience like coming on board as a client?

I was very excited to jump in with Firegang. Your company started working on my account fairly fast, I was surprised and happy to have a website up so quickly.

I’ve had a lot of positive responses from patients, which is what I was looking for. Your customer service has been extremely fantastic.

Have you dealt with marketing companies before?

Never. I’ve always kind of been fearful of that and so I said no, but then I realized I had to do it and I’m glad I did.

What kind of results have you had so far?

I’ve gotten a lot more of patients going to my website as opposed to my old site. Our phones are ringing, we’re getting a lot of calls. Before that it was ringing but not like what it is now. I’m getting even more new patients scheduled. That’s really what I’ve experienced, it’s a great thing.

What was your experience like going through the website building process with our team?

It was great! I had Miriam [my Client Success Manager], who was in contact with me. She did a fantastic job, she made sure I got the communication I needed.

That’s really what I appreciated, the process was very smooth and what was promised actually happened. As a business owner, that’s what I expect.

How are the new patients being handled with the staff?

First of all, I have a great staff. They’re phenomenal and what I’ve done is work with them and train them. I let the staff know that I had contacted Firegang and that you were going to help us with the website, with training, and bringing in new patients. They were excited and very receptive, they love it.

Tell me about the kind of patients you’re seeing.

Better than what i was getting. Not only that, but the numbers are much larger. I looked at my numbers and my revenue has increased in the last 2 months by 21% already.

So that’s great, I mean it’s a number I didn’t expect to happen, but the new patients I’m getting are ones that are ready to have dentistry done and so again, it goes back to what Firegang promised me. It’s happening. What else can I say? Great job!

What’s been your experience working with our team so far?

Miriam represents Firegang to me and she does that very well. Like I said earlier, everything I wanted to happen and everything Firegang promised would happen is actually happening.

It’s a little bit at a time. I don’t expect 40 new patients a month to happen immediately, but I’ll tell you, what is happening to my practice is growth. And it goes back to Firegang for helping me with that.

What do you think turned you on to Firegang instead of what else you were seeing out there?

All I can say is when I actually talked to Firegang, it made a lot of sense as opposed to other marketing companies I had contacted. There was something about your company that made me comfortable enough to say yes, “I’m going to invest in this dental marketing. I just have to.”

It’s hard to explain, it was just something about the customer service, what was promised and what Firegang could do for me. That’s what made me sign up.

What was the trigger point for you to say, “Hey, I need to find marketing for my practice”?

I hit a plateau. Again, having worked for a large dental group for 23 years and having experience with managing, I thought I had an edge when I bought my first practice. But I realized that the numbers were not moving and I needed to do something about it.

I knew dental marketing was one of the things I had to tap into. Since I did that, my numbers have increased dramatically. I keep saying it, I’m glad that I found your company because I’m seeing results and that’s what I want as a business owner.

What I wanted to see, which is growth in my practice is happening. I just want to thank you.
