Inform Your Patients & Potential Patients - Create a message on your site and social media explaining if you are open or closed, and update your Google My Business listing with an announcement of the adjusted hours. Have a member of your staff on hand to respond to all patient communications.

Shift Your Focus - Do not halt your ad campaigns, instead, adjust them to offer hygiene and emergency services (as allowed by the CDC). There are still patients that need a dentist at this time. Even if you are closed, it is critical that your practice remains visible via ad campaigns and the lines of communication remain available to patients.
