With a BA in Computer Science, Adam started his career at a renowned advertising agency, quickly becoming a Digital Manager. In 2010, he launched Firegang Dental Marketing, driven by a passion for leveraging technology to help businesses thrive online.

An innovative leader and digital marketing expert, Adam is known for his best-selling book “Practice Growth for the Future-Focused Dentist” and as a sought-after speaker at dental conventions. Beyond professional achievements, Adam is an avid traveler, scuba diver, and amateur chef, always eager to explore new cultures and culinary worlds.

Becky serves as the Vice President at Firegang Dental Marketing, where she ensures operational efficiency, oversees team performance, and enhances role development and optimization. Holding an MBA from Columbia College, Becky brings over six years of experience to Firegang, following her tenure at an agency renowned for its work with major brands.

Her digital marketing expertise was honed through significant contributions to the vacation rental sector, notably in advancing map-based booking technology. This innovation underscores her ability to lead technological progress. Outside work, Becky cherishes family time and is an avid football fan, frequently attending games to support her favorite teams.

Ryan, Director of Marketing at Firegang Dental Marketing, orchestrates the company's marketing strategies to empower dentists with vital insights, emphasizing Firegang's unique advantages for dental practice growth. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oregon, Ryan brings over nine years of marketing expertise, including seven focused on the dental industry.

His achievements include crafting successful Facebook ad campaigns, conducting webinars for dental professionals, writing a book, creating informative materials, and leading significant marketing teams. Beyond work, Ryan is an avid hiker in the Pacific Northwest, enjoys family and friend gatherings, and indulges in his passion for music through his collection of six guitars.

Tierney, our esteemed Sr. Performance Manager at Firegang Dental Marketing, helms the Performance Team, adeptly steering the strategy and execution of our advertising and organic search initiatives. A University of Akron alumna, she boasts a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communication, with a specialization in radio and television.

Since entering the digital marketing field in 2014, Tierney has been at the forefront, from running early Facebook beta ads to achieving certification in both Facebook and Google Ads. Her extensive background combines dental marketing expertise from both in-office and agency settings, having ascended to leadership roles by 2017. Tierney’s passion for digital marketing is matched by her love for family time, culinary explorations, fitness, and embracing the vibrant South Florida culture.

Jose, Director of Client Strategy at Firegang Dental Marketing, brings a rich background in digital marketing and client relations to our team. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University, Jose's career began at Yelp, where he honed his skills as an Account Executive managing a diverse portfolio of local businesses, introducing them to scalable advertising solutions. He further broadened his expertise at Luka Science, a boutique agency, where for four years as a Digital Marketing Consultant, he catered to a wide range of industries including internet companies, software vendors, and medical practices, always ensuring client objectives were met with precision.

Now leading our Client Success team, Jose is the linchpin ensuring our team is fully equipped to drive our clients towards their ambitions. Beyond work, Jose enjoys beach outings and passionately promotes local businesses through his creative content.

As the Fulfillment Team Manager at Firegang Dental Marketing, Jennifer spearheads the smooth onboarding of clients, ensuring their transition from initial setup to website launch is seamless and effective. With a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a background in Public Relations and Advertising from California State University, her expertise shines in delivering high-speed, conversion-optimized websites that accentuate each client's distinctiveness.

Since joining Firegang in November 2022, Jennifer has utilized her extensive experience from her tenure at Daffodil Jill Marketing Agency and involvement with Mindbody to enhance client projects. Outside of work, her passions include horseback riding, dog training, and participating in endurance races. A Californian at heart, Jennifer now calls Florida home, embracing new challenges and opportunities at Firegang.
